Keron is a Civil Engineer with a 30-year career across a broad range of industries and businesses. This includes senior general management, operational and business development roles across civil construction and infrastructure delivery, heavy manufacturing, building products, construction materials, and professional engineering services in both major global publicly listed businesses and privately owned family companies.

Keron is a graduate of Civil Engineering from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. He has held several honorary positions with Engineers Australia including Chairman of the Queensland Environmental Engineering Society, Vice Chairman of the National Board of the Environmental Engineering Society, a National Board member of the Institution of Engineers, Environmental College and was the Convenor of several major Environmental Engineering Conferences.

Keron grew up in various locations along the NSW coast including Port Macquarie on the Mid-North Coast of NSW and Terrigal/Wamberal on the Central Coast of NSW. In his younger years, Keron was a competitive swimmer and competed in surf lifesaving at State and National levels. He is married with two teenage children and resides in Essendon.
