Michèle Williams, WTC General Counsel/Company Secretary

Michèle received a Bachelor of Honours (BA Hons) in French and Italian at UCL and studied law at the College of Law, London before qualifying as a lawyer in London in 1992.
She has a wealth of experience having worked as a Senior Associate in commercial litigation and international arbitration for Norton Rose in the UK and Allens in Melbourne for 20 years and as General Counsel for an investment management company for seven years prior to joining WTC.
Outside of work, Michèle volunteers as a Board Member and Chair of the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee of the Cancer Council Victoria and as a Board Member of the Robert Connor Dawes Foundation. She has also founded a voluntary organisation providing “Care Pillows” for breast cancer patients.
Michèle also enjoys spending time with her family and watching motor racing.
